Bramhall School of Motoring will only conduct 1 to 1 lessons - no course sharing is permittable 
 
Bramhall School of Motoring require a 24 hour notice via email of any cancellations Failure will result in a cancellation charge of £ 25.00 
 
Bramhall School of Motoring cannot guarantee test availability. If this the case and a test at your choice of centre cannot be booked then an alternative test date can be offered if agreeable to the pupil and instructor. No refunds of any monies are applicable in this case. 
 
Also, if the DVSA cancels a test for whatever reason, then we cannot be held responsible / liable for the test fee and any lesson time lost. 
 
Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that you the pupil is to the required level to take the driving test, if it is thought by the instructor that your standard of driving falls below the expected standard, then for the health and safety of the pupil, examiner and general public, the pupil will not be allowed to take the test. No test fee or courses fee refund will be made in these circumstances 
 
Bramhall School of Motoring Instructors, are approved and licensed by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency.( D V S A ) 
 
Bramhall School of Motoring will provide a suitable vehicle which will be comprehensively insured with a reputable insurer. Copy of insurance available upon request 
 
The driving instructor will not smoke in the training vehicle during lessons. 
 
Refreshment breaks may form part of your daily tuition period. Depending upon lesson length 
 
The training vehicle will be in good working order and will be fitted with dual controls. 
 
If a gift voucher is supplied by Bramhall School of Motoring, then the voucher is valid for a maximum period of 2 months from the date of issue. Gift vouchers are to be used by the person, or persons named on the voucher and are non-transferable. 
 
If payment is received by Bramhall School of Motoring for a course of lessons and the pupil does not complete the course, then the remaining hours are valid for a period of 1 months. After this time, the lessons will be forfeited and no refund will be given. However, in the event that the pupil requires a refund of any unused hours within the 1 month period, then any hours already used will be charged at the standard pro rate rate. A cancellation charge will also apply. 
 
When a pupil is successful and passes their practical driving test, any unused hours may only be refunded at the discretion of the instructor, or if requested by the pupil. The calculation of any refund will be based on the hours utilised being charged at the standard pro -rata rate 
 
If you, the pupil cancels the course within 7 days before the commencement of the course, no refund will be given under any circumstances. Once a course has commenced, should the pupil decide to cancel the course, no refund will be given for any unused hours. 
 
If you, the pupil books a course but does not commence the course within 2 months of the date of booking, the course will be forfeited and no refund will be given. 
 
You must attend each lesson on time and be in a fit state to drive, if your instructor feels you are unfit to drive then the hours for that day will be cancelled and no refund will be given 
 
We cannot be held responsible for any traffic violations committed by the pupil. 
 
We will provide the same instructor throughout the course, but if this is not possible through unforeseen circumstances we will either offer another instructor or the hours will be made up with the pupils consent. Also short breaks will be arranged as no pupil should drive for long periods. 
 
You must pass the legal eye sight test before starting the course, the instructor will test this on the 1st day, if the pupil fails the eye sight test then no refund of the deposit will be given, if in any doubt please consult an optician before the course is due to start.
